Close your eyes, inhale deeply and feel your chest expand. Then exhale slowly as you feel your body relax.
Take another deep breath and as you exhale, imagine stress or worries leaving your body.
Now think of someone you admire. This could be a teacher, parent, or someone else you admire. Imagine them standing in front of you and think about why you admire them. You might be kind, smart, or helpful. Think of how you can show respect for this person. You can say 'thank you' when they help you, or listen carefully when they talk to you. You can offer to help with a task you need help with or spend time with.
Remember and practice showing respect is a great way to build strong relationships and make the world a better place.
